he requirements for issuing a General or Special Power of Attorney are as follows:
- Identity document, ID card or passport of the principal and the agent.
- In the case of a Special Power of Attorney, a draft prepared by a lawyer in Ecuador is required, including all the required clauses. The lawyer must send this document to you by email in text format (Word). In the case of a General Power of Attorney, we have a general template.
- The cost of the Power of Attorney is 60 euros, and on the day of the appointment, you must make payment by bank transfer through the app on your mobile phone.

- Choose Administrative Center: PAISES BAJOS LA HAYA – CONSULADO
- Choose the service: PODERES
- Enter your personal information and complete the registration validation process.
- Attach a scanned copy of the supporting documents
- Choose the day and time of your appointment
- You will receive confirmation of your appointment by email.
